Road America: The Paddock Club
Excecutive Chef Lyn Chisolm and her staff has made The Paddock Club into an overnight success and a must if visiting the Elkart Lake area. A creative menu and popular wine-list awaits you when you enter this historic building. Lyn showed us in our video segment last year that the building itself, riddled with history, adds to the restaurant's unique flavor.
Unfortunately, the Hot Dog Stand they also operate in the alley next to the restaurant will not be open until July.
